Magnesium Body Creme UNSCENTED/FRAGRANCE FREE

I use the cream on my temples and back of my neck for headaches. Within 10 minutes my headache starts to subside, within a half hour my headache is gone. My daughter uses the spray for her headaches and it works for her too. We also use it on the bottom of our feet at night. We get a more restful sleep and I don't have leg cramps the nights I use it. I also have GI issues so I rub it on my abdomen at night before bed and when I wake up the next day I'm better. My boyfriend sprained his ankle really bad over a month ago. He is still having pain from it. He using the cream on his ankle and doesn't have pain for the rest of the day. I love this stuff! And I love this company's products!

I recently finished a bottle of the magnesium spray, that I found helpful to use at night for the psoriatic arthritis in my soles/toes/knees/shoulders, and for avoiding night cramps on the backs of my thighs and calves, both of which improve my sleep quality.

I decided to try the magnesium cream this time, and WOW! It’s less messy and rubs in easily. I use just enough to target the desired areas; a little goes a long way. I even think it helps more than the spray did too-not sure why. Whatever the reason, I LOVE it, and I’m definitely a fan.❤️

This is fantastic lotion! I am on my second jar and it has helped with my perimenopause hip pain, my sciatica pain, stiff lumbar muscles and the neuropathy issues in my feet.

I tried this product and I can't say enough about it. I absolutely love using it. It has helped me have a better night's sleep and helps with the achy tiredness of the day ! I definitely will continue to use FOREVER!!
