We are Lolablue®, a Florida-based company, certified woman-owned + veteran-owned, bath + beauty brand dedicated to clean ingredients, mindful self care & community impact. Our brand represents authenticity, small business integrity and a commitment to giving back to the community.

We currently are a small 7 person team here in North Port, Florida.

From our founder: As a trauma survivor, my healing journey led me to create a brand with a deeper purpose - one that emphasizes the transformative power of self care and mindful living. Lolablue was born from a desire to bring light, love & peace to others though clean, nourishing products that support well-being. Every product we craft reflects this mission encouraging people to embrace self-care as an essential part of a balanced and healthy life. - Jamie

Our Grassroots STORY.
Founded in 2003 by Jamie Lovern. Jamie graduated with her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Ringling College of Art & Design and spent 12 years in the corporate world as an award winning graphic designer.
It all started with candles. Being a candle lover, she soon learned about how toxic regular paraffin wax candles are for our health & environment. She started making soy candles for friends and family, everyone loved them and wanted more. Being a little burned out in the corporate world, she decided to start a side-hustle making soy candles and use her skills as a graphic designer for all marketing and packaging, Lolablue was born. After the birth of her son, she decided to jump ship from her career to spend more time with her family and begin building her own business.
In addition to creating quality products, Jamie is very involved with the local community of North Port. She sat on the Board of Directors of the North Port Chamber of Commerce from 2014-2020. She also sits on "The Diva's of North Port" committee responsible for putting on the Annual Masquerade Ball benefiting varies local charities.
Her partner in crime DJ Lovern, joined the company full time in 2013. DJ graduated "Summa Cum Laude" with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. He has an extensive background in personal training, counseling and nutrition.
"Where did the name Lolablue come from?"
'Lola' was a nickname given to Jamie by her best bud Pete, referring to her love of Barry Manilow and the music of the 70's. 'Blue' because our planet is called "The Blue Planet" and respecting Mother Earth in all we do is a huge part of the company's philosophy. Recently a customer told us Lola stands for Love one. Love all. We agree.
