All purchases are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please review the complete ingredient list for each product before placing your order, especially if you have allergies, sensitivities, or ingredient preferences. We want you to feel confident and informed about your purchase.

Please also keep in mind that our fragrance blends may smell different from one product to another. Each product is formulated with its own unique combination of raw ingredients. For example, a fragrance that smells very strong and concentrated in a room spray may have a slightly different aroma when used in a handcrafted soap because of the natural scent of ingredients such as olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, cocoa butter, and shea butter. These ingredients can influence the final scent of the finished product.

Because our products are personal body care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a fragrance is not your personal preference or smells different than expected.

We encourage you to learn about each product, review the ingredients and product descriptions carefully, and contact us with any questions before placing your order. We are always happy to help you choose a product that is right for you.

Orders usually ship out within 2-3 business days. WE DO NOT OFFER ONE DAY DELIVERY SERVICES. Rates are estimated by weight, city & state directly from USPS or UPS. 

Currently, we offer your choice of USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days.

PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, IT MAY TAKE US LONGER TO GET ORDERS OUT DUE TO OVERWHELMING NUMBERS OF ORDERS COMING IN.

Canada Delivery Rates: Estimated by USPS at checkout per address location. Free shipping code is not valid for Canada orders.
